Starting out in a professional capacity as a registered nurse, her 29-year portfolio career spans diverse national and international strategic work in the Telecommunications, Management consultancy, Private healthcare sector, an AHSN, NHS England, the Department of Health, NHSX, NHS regions, Integrated Care Board and systems (ICB/ICS).

Ronke’s expertise bridges industries, with a transformational leadership style that embodies inclusive leadership and innovation. She fosters collaboration, fairness, equity, human-centered care, and choice, ensuring no one is left behind. Her influence shapes enduring leadership, nurtures vibrant cultures, and promotes growth.
