Rebecca Ashworth is an experienced Registered Nurse (MSc Adult) with a background in Acute Medical, ED, Research, Community and HealthTech. Most recently her role in HealthTech involved designing and implementing virtual ward services with numerous NHS clients and across a range of patient conditions; from proactive self-management, through to acute, surgical and palliative care. Rebecca specifically supported change management on the ground for these novel services and was also Clinical Safety Officer; ensuring company adherence to the DCB0129/0160 guidelines mandated by NHS England. She has a particular interest in how Technology can promote patient self-management and/or support throughout a patient's journey in the healthcare system; ensuring safe high quality care, and efficient use of Healthcare resources.
