I'm Antonia, and I'm the Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) at SCFT. I've been working in our digital team for the last four years. My nursing career started in district nursing, where I gained invaluable operational and clinical experience in leadership and project roles before shifting into digital health. I'm passionate about putting the clinical voice at the forefront of digital transformation, recognising its crucial role in driving meaningful change. I have a keen interest in digital innovation and its potential to improve quality within healthcare systems. My educational background includes participation in the Florence Nightingale Foundation digital leadership programme, the NHS Digital Academy leadership programme, and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) educational programmes. I'm honoured to be a Queens Nurse, part of a professional network committed to delivering and leading outstanding care in the community. I contribute to the digital healthcare community as a member of the DigitalHealth CNIO Advisory Panel and as the host of "DigiTell," a podcast exploring digital health.
