Oliver is PRSB’s Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Oliver leads PRSB’s delivery of standards development and implementation support services and believes in the power of data to transform how health and care is delivered. Oliver joined PRSB in 2021, following 23 years’ in the NHS where he directed support services for transformation, communications, public engagement, consultancy and IT.
